Rita Ora "How We Do (Party)" Inspired Makeup Look

**(Inspiration Picture) Print Screened from the music video**

For this look I decided to recreate Rita Ora’s look in her music video for her song “How We Do (Party)”. I just discovered her and her music and I love her now! She always has gorgeous, fun makeup and I can’t wait to recreate more looks of hers. But for this look she had a bronzy eye, electric purple liner, natural skin and shimmery nude glossy lips. Another look she had in the video had the same eyes but pinker cheeks and red lips. Personally, I thought this look would be more practical to do which is why I went for it but I thought she pulled off the red lip with the look just as good.

Rihanna "Where Have You Been" Music Video Inspired Makeup Tutorial

**(Inspiration Picture)Print Screened from the music video**

In this tutorial I recreated one of Rihanna’s look in her music video for her song “Where Have You Been”. She had two or three makeup looks in the video and I decided to go with the one that used red eye shadow because the other ones were mostly black with no color whatsoever and this one actually had something extra. There are really rare occasions where a makeup look I do actually uses red so I’m glad I ended up being able to use it in this look. This look was red on the lid, grey in the crease, Black in the outer corner, gold in the inner corner, black on the lower lash line, smudged liner, black rimmed eyes, bronzed face and nude lips. I hope you enjoy!

2ne1 (Dara) "Scream" Music Video Inspired Makeup Look

**(Inspiration Picture)Print Screened from Music Video**
For this tutorial I decided to recreate Dara from the Korean pop group 2ne1’s music video for their song Scream. All the girls had gorgeous makeup but I thought hers was the most unique and I liked it the best out of them all. The eyes had an orange on the lid up to the crease, a deeper orange in the tear duct, grey in the outer crease & lower lash line, smudged black liner, a wing on the outer corner & inner corner, black rimmed waterline & tight line, lime green glitter in the middle of the lower lash line and fake lashes. It had a lot going on which made for this super long tutorial but I hope it’s helpful on how to recreate it.
In the video I say how the video is banned but I just found that it’s finally up so if you want to watch it here’s the link; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=87VyHYoJVYk

Kelly Clarkson Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You) Music Video Makeup

**(Inspiration Pictures)Print Screened from the music video**
I decided to finally do a tutorial on one of Kelly Clarkson’s looks from her music video Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You) even though it came out a while ago. I had wanted to do it for some time but never got around to it till now but I’m glad I ended up doing it. I love using color so this mainly turquoise eye look was nice to recreate. Basically the look consisted of a turquoise lid, bronzy crease, winged out teal outer corner, light brow bone, and smoky brown lower lash line. The face and lips were pretty simple with the bronzy skin and soft pink lips so clearly the main point of the look was the eyes. I hope you like the look and recreate it yourself!

Amy Lee "My Heart is Broken" Music Video Inspired Makeup Look

**(Inspiration Picture)Print Screened from the music video from Vevo.com**
This look that I attempted to recreate was inspired by one of Amy Lee’s looks in the Evanescence music video for My Heart is Broken. She had a gold or it was nude (depended on the lighting she was in) lid color, bronzy winged out outer corner, iridescent inner corner, smoky brown lower lash line, natural lashes, bright pink blush applied in a C shape, and medium pink lips. My look doesn’t look spot on to hers because I didn’t take my winged out outer corner as far as she did and I guess it makes it a bit more wearable but it wasn’t intentional. I thought this look was nice and natural so anyone could wear it, the only little extra oomph about this look was the winged out shadow but other than that it’s pretty basic. Where the blush was applied was also a bit different and is usually kept on celebrities and models but if you apply blush lightly in a C shape I think anyone could pull it off in daily life.

Jessie J "Domino" Music Video Inspired Makeup Tutorial

**(Inspiration Picture)Print screened from the music video for Domino from Vevo.com**
This tutorial that I did was inspired by one of Jessie J’s looks in her music video Domino. I absolutely love this song and you should definitely listen to it because along with all her other songs, Jessie J has made yet another great song. Throughout the video she had a neutral shimmery beige lid color and darker brown in the crease and outer corner but the liner and lips varied. One scene she had no liner on whatsoever, another was liner in the water line and top lash line and the one I did, which was a long wing coming from the top lash line brought down to the lower lash line into a diagonal line along with liner in the water line. Now for her lips, in the video she had a red lip, violet lip, nudey pink lips and a black lip with gold studs on them which were pretty interesting. Jessie J always has gorgeous makeup in her videos so it was no surprise to me that I was going to try to recreate it onto myself. Hope you guys liked it!

Lady Gaga "Marry the Night" Music Video Inspired Makeup Tutorial

**(Inspirations Picture)Print Screened from the Music Video**
For this tutorial I decided to recreate one of Lady Gaga’s looks in her extremely long music video “Marry the Night”. It went for about fourteen minutes so you can imagine she had a new makeup look ever so often throughout the video. They weren’t all that special but I obviously liked one enough to recreate it. Some were bare with just a lip color, there was another with silver and black eye shadow, which I didn’t find that special and also the look that I did. I know this look wasn’t as dramatic as a lot of previous liner looks she’s had in previous videos but I like redoing looks she’s had in her videos on myself so I just decided to go ahead and do this one anyway. It is basically a nude lid color, deep brown in the crease and blended up to the inner portion of the eye brow, iridescent shade in the inner corner of the eye, black eye liner in a very small portion of the water line, a wing coming from the outer and inner corner and bright red lips. I liked this look and I hope you did too!

Selena Gomez "Hit the Lights" Music Video Inspired Makeup Look

**(Inspiration Picture)Print Screened from the "Hit the Lights" Fashion Show**
In Selena Gomez's "Hit the Lights" music video, she has maybe two or three different makeup looks. In each and every look she had the same bright pink lips going on which I thought was very pretty. The look I decided to recreate was a gold and black smoky eye, black rimmed water line, pink and contoured cheeks and of course the bright pink lips. I thought she looked gorgeous with all of the looks but I just decided I wanted to do this one and not any of the others. This is a more simple look just because I used only three eye shadows, the gold shade, the black shade and the blending color.

Girls Generation "The Boys" Music Video Inspired Makeup Look

**(Inspiration Pictures) each picture was individually print Screened from the music video**
Recently I heard the song "The Boys" by a Korean girl group, Girls Generation and I just fell in love with their makeup. All of them had gorgeous makeup in the video, all the looks were somewhat similar but you could definitely see the differences in the looks. All of them had an iridescent eye shadow shade on their eye throughout the video except in some parts, Sunny (the one in red) had a dark eye. I mostly went off of Jessica's look (the one with dark crimped looking hair) because she had a copper eye shadow which I thought was very pretty. Then I winged out my liner and added a little rhinestone on the side of my eye because one of the girls had rhinestones on her lashes, I would've put the rhinestone on my lashes but because I only had square rhinestones I just decided it'd look better on my wing rather than on my top lash line. I basically combined all of their looks and just put it into one, I'm not sure if i will do this a lot because I feel like it will be better for me just to focus on one look. What do you guys think?
