Milani One Coat Glitter Polish "Blue Flash"

For the Fourth of July I wanted to do something blue or red and glitzy on my nails so I decided to go with Milani's One Coat Glitter Polish in Blue Flash. I have loved wearing this polish on my toes because I think glitter polish looks so great on toes. This is the first time I have worn this polish on my finger nails and I have to say I really love it! I still love Purple Gleam the most but this is up in my top nail polishes. This polish dries really quickly which is great; it dries to somewhat of a matte finish so you need to pack on the shiny top coat unless you like the matte effect. This polish applies okay, some swipes have lots of glitter and other swipes have a little bit of glitter. It just depends, so what I like to do is get a lot on my brush then smooth it out to a thin layer. It does take two coats for complete glitter all over the nail so the one coat thing was a bit of a fib. However, most glitter polishes call for 4-5 coats so this one was still great. It lasted a good 4-5 days without chipping so that was good. Overall I love this polish!

Milani One Coat Glitter Polish "Purple Gleam"

This past week I wore Milani's One Coat Glitter Polish in Purple Gleam. I have to say this is one of my favorite nail polishes I own because it's one of the prettiest purple glitter polishes I have ever used. I think the color is more of a fuchsia purple. The glitter is fine and this polish is packed with ALOT of little glitters. It is neither a thin nor thick consistency, it's just in between. Now with the whole "one coat glitter" promise...It can be one coat IF you apply a really thick amount which I don’t recommend because it won't look so nice. But if you apply two thin coats it will have just the right amount of glitter all over the nail. It dries somewhat matte so if you want a glossy finish you have to apply a few coats of a shiny top coat. This polish does dry quickly which is a plus because you don't have to sit around waiting and waiting for it to dry when you have stuff to do. It lasts about 4-5 days without chipping which is good enough for me because I like to change my polish once a week anyway. Also, it's only around $4.00! Overall I love this polish and I think you should definitely check it out if your one who loves glitter polishes like I do.

Milani One Coat Glitter Polish "Silver Dazzle"

The Milani One Coat Glitter Polish has caught my eye and I really wanted to pick up a couple so I did. This was not the first one I got but it's the first one I wore on my finger nails. This one is in Silver Dazzle. I think this is a really cool glitter polish. I don’t see too many gunmetal glitter polishes which really pushed me to get this polish. I think it's really pretty and is a little rock and rollish. This isn't a springy type of nail polish but I really don't care what colors are in or out for the seasons. I think all nail polish colors can be worn year round and I will still wear this during spring/summer even though it's not the brightest or pastely polish. I think the whole one coat only thing is a gimmick. If you don't want to completely cover your nail with glitter but get close to a lot , one coat is enough. But if you want to completely cover your nail your going to need to do two coats which I did. Alot of glitter polishes take 3-4 coats to cover the entire nail so I still didn't care whether it took one coat or not. This nail polish didn't last the longest. It lasted about 4-5 days which isn't much considering most good polishes last six or seven days. I definitely did a few touch ups here and there. Overall I did like the color and I might need a better top coat so I will wear this again.
