For this look I decided to go for a glittery pink, purple,
and bluish smoky eye. For the face I decided to keep it natural with a bit of
bronzer, a peach bronzer, and a nude lipstick. I love pink, purple, and blue so
I enjoyed putting them into an eye look. This look contains some colors people
normally wouldn’t use everyday but it really isn’t that dramatic of a look
compared to most smoky eyes. I think this is a great eye look if you want to
have some fun with makeup but not go too out there with it. You could always
substitute the dark purple and dark blue for lighter shades of each and take
out the liner on the bottom lash line for less drama if you wanted. Personally,
I like the look how it is (mainly because if I didn’t, I would’ve done it
differently of course). Hopefully, you guys like this one!

So I decided to make up my own look for the first time
because I hadn’t seen any new makeup looks I cared to recreate. I also didn’t
do an intro for this video or an ending because well... I forgot :p But I doubt
those are really important for a video anyways and I just might not add them in
on purpose for future videos because it saves time! Who really cares for intros
anyways? But back to the look! The eyes were a champagne on the lid, a deep
glittery teal on the outer portion (Looks black in the video & pictures but
I assure you in person it looks like a deep teal), winged liner in the outer
corner and inner corner, black rimmed eyes, and spiky fake lashes. For the
face, it was just a natural mauve shade and for the lips it was glossy nude
pink lips. I hope you enjoy!

For this look I decided to recreate Rita Ora’s look in her
music video for her song “How We Do (Party)”. I just discovered her and her
music and I love her now! She always has gorgeous, fun makeup and I can’t wait
to recreate more looks of hers. But for this look she had a bronzy eye,
electric purple liner, natural skin and shimmery nude glossy lips. Another look
she had in the video had the same eyes but pinker cheeks and red lips.
Personally, I thought this look would be more practical to do which is why I
went for it but I thought she pulled off the red lip with the look just as
good.

In this tutorial I recreated one of
Rihanna’s look in her music video for her song “Where Have You Been”. She had
two or three makeup looks in the video and I decided to go with the one that
used red eye shadow because the other ones were mostly black with no color
whatsoever and this one actually had something extra. There are really rare
occasions where a makeup look I do actually uses red so I’m glad I ended up
being able to use it in this look. This look was red on the lid, grey in the
crease, Black in the outer corner, gold in the inner corner, black on the lower
lash line, smudged liner, black rimmed eyes, bronzed face and nude lips. I hope
you enjoy!

For this tutorial I decided to
recreate Dara from the Korean pop group 2ne1’s music video for their song
Scream. All the girls had gorgeous makeup but I thought hers was the most
unique and I liked it the best out of them all. The eyes had an orange on the
lid up to the crease, a deeper orange in the tear duct, grey in the outer
crease & lower lash line, smudged black liner, a wing on the outer corner
& inner corner, black rimmed waterline & tight line, lime green glitter
in the middle of the lower lash line and fake lashes. It had a lot going on
which made for this super long tutorial but I hope it’s helpful on how to
recreate it.

I decided to finally do a tutorial on one of Kelly Clarkson’s looks from her music video Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You) even though it came out a while ago. I had wanted to do it for some time but never got around to it till now but I’m glad I ended up doing it. I love using color so this mainly turquoise eye look was nice to recreate. Basically the look consisted of a turquoise lid, bronzy crease, winged out teal outer corner, light brow bone, and smoky brown lower lash line. The face and lips were pretty simple with the bronzy skin and soft pink lips so clearly the main point of the look was the eyes. I hope you like the look and recreate it yourself!

I of course had to recreate someone’s look from the Grammy’s of 2012 and I chose to do Adele’s! Surprise, surprise just about everyone decided to do Adele’s look but I knew right off the bat from seeing hers at the show I wanted to do it. No question about it, she had one of the gorgeous if not THE most gorgeous looks at the Grammy’s. Adele always has a very 50/60’s look, I love it because winged out liner and red lips are my absolute favorite! I noticed that her eye makeup usually is meant to enlarge her eyes not that she has small eyes but just by the way her eye makeup is done I can tell. This look was no exception, she had a light pink shade on her lid, grey in the crease, thick winged out liner (of course), liner pressed into the lower lash line, thick lashes, contoured cheeks and a red lip. Throughout the show she had two looks, one on the red carpet which was what I recreated but with a little less grey in the crease and the one during the actual show which was a nude lip and a deeper grey crease. I just thought the red lips were more fun which is why I went for them rather than the nude lip.

This look that I attempted to recreate was inspired by one of Amy Lee’s looks in the Evanescence music video for My Heart is Broken. She had a gold or it was nude (depended on the lighting she was in) lid color, bronzy winged out outer corner, iridescent inner corner, smoky brown lower lash line, natural lashes, bright pink blush applied in a C shape, and medium pink lips. My look doesn’t look spot on to hers because I didn’t take my winged out outer corner as far as she did and I guess it makes it a bit more wearable but it wasn’t intentional. I thought this look was nice and natural so anyone could wear it, the only little extra oomph about this look was the winged out shadow but other than that it’s pretty basic. Where the blush was applied was also a bit different and is usually kept on celebrities and models but if you apply blush lightly in a C shape I think anyone could pull it off in daily life.

This tutorial that I did was inspired by one of Jessie J’s looks in her music video Domino. I absolutely love this song and you should definitely listen to it because along with all her other songs, Jessie J has made yet another great song. Throughout the video she had a neutral shimmery beige lid color and darker brown in the crease and outer corner but the liner and lips varied. One scene she had no liner on whatsoever, another was liner in the water line and top lash line and the one I did, which was a long wing coming from the top lash line brought down to the lower lash line into a diagonal line along with liner in the water line. Now for her lips, in the video she had a red lip, violet lip, nudey pink lips and a black lip with gold studs on them which were pretty interesting. Jessie J always has gorgeous makeup in her videos so it was no surprise to me that I was going to try to recreate it onto myself. Hope you guys liked it!

So I was browsing through different makeup looks celebs had at the 2012 Peoples Choice Awards and when I came across Jennifer Lawrence’s look I knew hers was the one I wanted to recreate. The other celebrities had gorgeous makeup of course but for some reason I liked hers the best. It could be because a lot of women had natural makeup and I thought hers was better because it actually had color in it but who knows. Purple is one of my favorite colors so that could have been a factor too… But anyways, the look she had was a purple smoky eye yet it looked like she only used one purple eye shadow, a shimmery light inner corner, browned crease, smoky lower lash line, warm face and peachy shimmer lips. From a little farther away, it looks like a charcoal eye shadow but if you look closely you can tell it's purple. I thought it was gorgeous and would be great for a night out or a party.
